Q. How long until my designer dog collars, martingales, breakaway cat collars, leashes, harnesses or horse halters would ship?

A. Even though Pet Wear custom manufactures your order, our turn around is phenomenal! Even during the busiest times of the year we can typically ship in a week or less. Expedited ordering is also available, just ask us at julie@PetWearUSA.com.

Q. How can I be sure that the product will fit?

Q. Are your products American made?

A. Yes, all of the products offered here are constructed by sewers in the USA, Tennessee to be specific.

Q. Do you make your products available to distributors, wholesalers or nonprofits (for fundraising)?

A. Absolutely! For over 10 years, Pet Wear has been distributed over much of the country through a great network of Distributors (contact us for areas available). We also work directly with Wholesale accounts. One of our dearest loves is assisting rescues and shelters with fundraising. We have alot of different ways of doing this. Potential Distributors and Wholesale accounts will want to review the information available through the Wholesale button at the top of the page. Q. How many designs do you folks have?

A. It varies almost daily as some designs are discontinued and others are added. Occasionally you will see a design in a wholesale location or even in a photo on our site that may no longer be available for that very reason. All the more reason to keep checking back so that your choices are always the cutting edge.  

Q. How long should my PetWear products last?

A.  While colors might fade and some designs fray over time, most PetWear products continue to be functional long after their beauty may be but a memory unless they are abused (cut, stepped on, driven over, chewed, etc.).  To help preserve their color, hand wash or wash in cold water and allow to line dry.  They dry very quickly.  If you feel your PetWear product hasn't lived up to your expectations, you can return it for an exchange as well.  Just contact us on the contact page and let us know about it.
